Be attentive during work, behave responsible and proactive with regards to HSE. This includes the relationship between co-workers and other personnel working for Storesund Marine Services and when working on external sites/premises.
Always keep a tidy and clean working environment.
Maintain and further develop risk management tools.
Provide all personnel with necessary information and training to achieve sufficient knowledge and competence of safe working practices and safety attitude.
Learning from near misses & incidents by actively using experience transfer and trend analysis.
Make sure all understands the importance of using PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and comply to the use of PPE.
Comply with mandatory rules, laws and regulations incl. HSE policy and management systems.
Protect the environment, prevent pollution and further develop systems for waste management.
Executive Management is committed to- and shall make sure that Senior Management is provided with the leadership, resources, support and direction necessary to ensure a safe and healthy working environment. Executive Management shall proactively support visible HSE leadership and stimulate an open dialog concerning safety between co-workers and leaders.
All employees, including hired staff and subcontractors, shall take responsibility for own safety and health. This includes the safety- and caring for each other. We are all obliged to report- and take actions of situations that might involve a safety, security and/or health risk.
